Q: One of my boxes doesn't turn on any more It's a Fire TV 1st generation Do you guys fix them too? Tomorrow I'll probably send another one to get Kodi installed That is a Fire TV 2ng generation If I send them together do I have to pay also for the one that is not working? Or can you look at it and let me know how much it'll be to fix it and install Kodi? Please let me know

A: Hi. Sorry we can only install and update the software. Your 1st Gen Box issue is hardware related and we cannot fix it. If it's still under Amazon manufacturer warranty, you might want to contact them and see if you can get a replacement. Thanks.
