I should have bought this a long time ago.

I love it! The interface takes some getting used to but Its worth it! No more cable for me. I haven't had the chance to go through everything it offers but I am very happy so far. I have found almost everything I need with Kodi and Exodus. Needs a good fast internet connection. I didn't think I would use the Alexa feature but I find my self using it all the time!

Easy to hookup - beats cable or satellite

I hope to save a bundle of money with this little easy to use and easy to hookup gadget. Almost sounded "to good to be true" until I tried it myself - now I'm convinced.....this is the newest and best answer to relative inexpensive TV and Movie watching as compared to satellite and cable TV. All you have to have is a good WIFI and you're in business.

FireTV - Best Player. Period

A: Yes, the box is brand new. We only open it to install Kodi. You don't need to have Amazon Prime to use this. All add-ons will auto-update themselves to the latest versions.

Q: whats better this unit or the older Fire TV box the larger unit with Ethernet and SD slot ?

A: The newer version is slightly faster and has support for 4K HDR content but without the built-in Ethernet and SD slot. You can however buy a separate Ethernet adapter to use with this device. Amazon will eventually stop support for the older model so we do recommend you getting the newer model for up-to-date software from Amazon.
